Among other activities, the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales promotes the use of effective restorative procedures in youth justice systems throughout England and Wales. Judy Renshaw produced this report to assist the aims and objectives of the Youth Justice Board. The sections of her report provide an introduction to restorative justice (e.g., benefits, victim satisfaction, elements of effective practice, etc.), guidance for practitioners (e.g., effectiveness of a restorative approach, case management, etc.), guidance for managers (e.g., support for restorative work, selecting and working with staff, monitoring delivery of services, etc.), and guidance for strategic partnerships.

Your donation helps Prison Fellowship International repair the harm caused by crime by emphasizing accountability, forgiveness, and making amends for prisoners and those affected by their actions. When victims, offenders, and community members meet to decide how to do that, the results are transformational.
