In this conference presentation he previews the forthcoming launch of an ACPO publication “Restorative Justice Investigated.â€? The publication is an examination of many of the basic issues surrounding the introduction of restorative justice into mainstream practice. Clark surveys the document and its contents: the nature of the ACPO working group; a brief history of restorative justice; the concept and practice of restorative justice; implementation of restorative justice; and training and evaluation for restorative justice.
