It is one of the aims for the Centre for Restorative Justice at Simon Fraser University to build closer relationships with the community around the Centre. Hence, the Centre hosted a community roundtable on April 22, 2004, at the Harbour Centre campus of the university, with participants from the Centre staff and various community organizations in British Columbia. The purpose of the roundtable was to discuss the use of restorative justice in a community living setting for people with developmental disabilities who become involved in the criminal justice system. This document consists of a report on the day’s proceedings.
