Restorative Justice Week has been observed in Canada for many years. There are a number of helpful resources, including resources created for RJ Week themes since 2005, on the CSC pages devoted to the Restorative Justice Branch.
The week is observed in a number of other countries, although not always on the same week.
Part of the Canadian commemoration not mentioned above is a national symposium from 18-20 November, 2009 in St John’s, Nowfoundland and Labrador. For further information, contact Scott Morton Ninomiya (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Clara Rendell (RendellCM@CSC-SCC.GC.CA).
