Learning outcomes

By the end of the event participants will be able to:

• Have a greater understanding of psychological patterns that underlie intrapersonal and interpersonal conflict
• Appreciate how these processes might operate in and between the participants in restorative processes, including themselves.

Target audience

Restorative practitioners who have completed restorative facilitation training and who wish to deepen their understanding of psychological patterns which underpin their restorative work.
