By the end of this CPD event participants will be able to:

Develop confidence when first approaching young victims
Gain key tools that can be implemented immediately (including card aids and hand-outs)
Build skills to develop empathy and earn the trust of young victims
Employ creative methods of encouraging young people to find the appropriate language to express themselves
Anticipate and address specific barriers for the effective participation of young victims
