Small group conferencing in Minnesota – A VOMA interview with Carolyn McLeod

Carolyn McLeod is the coordinator of the Community Justice Project in Washington County, Minnesota. In this article she responds to questions about that program. After outlining the justice programs offered by Washington County, she discusses the nature of small group conferencing, similarities and differences between small group conferencing and family group conferencing, and some of the challenges in managing a small group conferencing program.
