“They were all suspended for three days and then I interviewed all parents and all girls twice,” Mrs Morrow said.
“We talked about what the consequences would be and the students,
parents and myself agreed on how they could contribute back to the
community and what the consequences were – and they are very severe
consequences.
“The other girls are entitled to fair and equitable treatment and we don’t tolerate cheating.”
But she said it was important to remember that everyone could make a
mistake and those mistakes should not be made to last a lifetime.
