State of Minnesota Court of Appeals, Rick
June 4, 2015

Source: (2002) Minnesota Department of Corrections.

The district court did not abuse its discretion by following a sentencing circle’s recommended sanction that included a stay of adjudication when the state agreed as part of a plea agreement that the case would be sent to a sentencing circle for a recommended disposition.
