The FAVOR Group believes that when our criminal justice system begins to take the healing needs of victims and offenders seriously, and does an adequate job of meeting those needs, only then will victims be no longer so concerned with how much punishment an offender receives. Currently, victims receive little else that feels like Justice. Our society tells us that Justice equals punishment.
