The Jeanette Community Justice Project grew out of a decision by the Westmoreland County Juvenile Probation Balanced and Restorative Justice Teamxe2x80x99s Public Relations Sub-Committee to implement the philosophy of Balanced and Restorative Justice (BARJ) in a single community.
