Given that much of the restorative justice experimentation has been carried out with juveniles and given that public opinion as well as legal authorities generally accept more openness in their reaction to juvenile offending, the participating restorative justice advocates formulated ten propositions to advance in this conference statement for the restorative response to juvenile offending
