The needs of the European restorative justice scene

Next to the analysis of the national legislation of all EU Member States, and the analysis of existing international regulations of the European Union, the Council of Europe, and the United Nations, a questionnaire has been launched on the needs of the European restorative justice scene. This presentation will focus mainly on the results of this questionnaire and what these results tell us about the need to take further initiatives at the international – or supranational – level.
