This document details the development and operation of the Neighbourhood Justice Centre (NJC) at Collingwood in the City of Yarra. It exists as a work in progress, and will be developed and extended as the NJC commences and continues its operations in 2007, within the context of the objectives of the project and the available budget. This process commenced in earnest in late 2005 and will continue throughout the life of the pilot. (excerpt)
