The Sanctuary Model is a non-hierarchical,
highly participatory, “traumainformed
and evidence-supported”
operating system for human services
organizations, which helps them function
in a humane, democratic and socially
responsible manner and thereby provide
effective treatment for clients in a clinical
setting. The model is entirely congruent
with restorative practices, in that it is about
working with people instead of doing things
to them or for them. (excerpt)

Your donation helps Prison Fellowship International repair the harm caused by crime by emphasizing accountability, forgiveness, and making amends for prisoners and those affected by their actions. When victims, offenders, and community members meet to decide how to do that, the results are transformational.
