This consists of a resolution and report, approved by the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association, endorsing victim-offender mediation and dialogue. The ABA urges federal, state, territorial, and local governments (USA) to incorporate publicly or privately operated victim-offender mediation/dialogue programs into their criminal justice processes and to fund research into such programs.
