A review examines the use of victim-offender reconciliation programming (VORP) as one of the alternative (diversion) measures authorized under the Canadian Young Offenders Act of 1984. Discussion focuses on eligibility criteria, referral processes, variations on a reconciliation model, follow-up and evaluation, programming trends, and administration of the VORP programs.
