Alison Campbell is connected with the Wycombe Mediation Service. In her conference presentation she provides a clear and concise overview of mediation. She deals with when mediation is useful, principles of mediation, strengths of community mediation, outcomes of mediation, and the mediation agreement and monitoring the performance of the agreement.
