Hinzman reports on a Community Corrections Improvement Association (CCIA) in Iowa’s Sixth Judicial District Department of Correctional Services. CCIA is the creation of people with a new vision for seeking justice. Hinzman explains the mission, role, and programs of CCIA. A private, nonprofit foundation, it develops new programs that have a positive impact on community corrections. More specifically, it maintains, develops, increases, and extends the facilities and services of community-based corrections agencies in Iowa.

Your donation helps Prison Fellowship International repair the harm caused by crime by emphasizing accountability, forgiveness, and making amends for prisoners and those affected by their actions. When victims, offenders, and community members meet to decide how to do that, the results are transformational.
